Okay guys, turns out that the koozie sample I got really looks close to this color, like almost identical.:

What do you think, with it being black text? Or tell me what color text you think would be best.

If I can get another 100 counted for, I'll put in another order tomorrow for the new color..if everybody is cool with just a different color, and not other stuff changed.

Well guys, I will have almost all of the sold ones shipped out tomorrow.
This has definitely been a learning experience.. I originally went from poly mailers, to using large envelopes to ship them. Ordering new packaging materials slowed me down a little bit, but they'll finally be shipped tomorrow(as long as nothing comes up).I individually put them in a plastic sleeve to compress them down, and then tape them together so they'd pass all of the USPS large envelope requirements. Unfortunately USPS hasn't been too easy to get passed.. For the orders of 5+ I've done all of the above, along with shrink wrapping them to get them as compressed as possible, so with the envelope they were around 3/4 of an inch tall(which is the limit). USPS said those were definitely not uniform thickness(there's nothing really bulging, but I can kind of understand why they'd say that). Then, they said that the ones with 4 may be able to pass, but not guaranteed, and the ones with 5 have a better chance. But they were saying that that's really pushing it, and it's hard to make the call. 1, 2 and 3 koozies don't have a chance passing in a large envelope. 4 and 5 koozies fit an envelope super nicely :

Large envelopes(i'm using 10x13) up to 4 oz are 98 cents to ship, parcels up to 4 oz(as long as it fits in the huge USPS drop box) are $2.32. Still $2.32 for a koozie that's less than 1 oz, 1/4 of an inch tall, and fits in a 5x5 tiny package. Shipping prices blow my mind! Here's an example of it, prices are written on the packages:

order of 6 on the right, shrink wrapped to be under 3/4 of an inch, etc.
For all of these orders I'm using the USPS postage machine, since it's open 24 hours and it's easily accessible. It uses a credit/debit card, so I'm going to put the 4 and 5 koozie envelopes in as a large envelope, and if they end up getting inspected and disqualified, they'll just charge me for a parcel. Not a big deal.
Spent quite a few hours packaging everything up to save a few bucks but it doesn't look like it's been worth it. I'm taking a beating on shipping costs & fees compared to what I originally was thinking!

Sucks, I've been trying to do absolutely everything to cut costs. The next order(If I do an order of neon green) I'm going to have to raise the price of koozies & shipping/handling/paypal costs. Paypal fees add up for sure! 2.9% + 30 cents a transaction.
@aytee knows how frustrated I've been with shipping and everything aha.

I appreciate everyone's patience; as this has been quite a learning experience for me.
But you gotta see these koozies.. They turned out super great and I'm excited for you guys to get them! You're all gonna love them.

I told you.. the people want green.. lol.. glad to see you're not out on the ice rippin around anymore and finally got some stuff done..

finally done.. That took forever. About 2.5 hours cuz I had to write two addresses per package.. :

I didn't write the address on that one before I took the pic, just used it for an example.
That really sucked. Still got one Canada order I have to do, but it has to go through customs at the counter..
