Other ups sucks

I was suppose to b recieveing my xscream adjustable steering today, get an email from ups saying it was delivered to front door, im all excited get home no package on front door, so i gotta wait a day before i can file a claim, any suggestions

They take a satelite photo of every package when they stop complete it. If you live in a apt complex or condo area more likely someone stole it. Also I find alot of times the friends who end up stealing the package I'm a ups driver take my advice if you been talking about it a lot sometimes the friend knows when your home what not. I would also get a police report so it will speed things up good luck. I had someone once follow me and steal over 35 stops worth of boxes. sorry man It happens every pkg delivering place. Get the police report asap it will speed things up

Yes in the future you can have them hold it at UPS so you can pick it up, tell the shipper to add delivery conformation with signature

I had a FedEx package where the same thing happened to me. Said it was delivered but no package at the door. When I called in to make a claim the lady kept trying to tell me it was delivered and was acting like it was my fault. Ended up finding my package down the street on someone else's doorstep. Two days later they called me back to further investigate my claim. I was like yeah I found it alright, AT THE WRONG HOUSE! Sorry to hear that though, hope you get your package. That feeling sucks

Check at a couple of neighbors houses, Fed ex leave stuff at the wrong place here all the time.

X2 ( or 3 or 37+) UPS left one of my packages on the porch of a neighbors" house - 8 houses down the street. I don't ship anything via ups anymore.

Yeah i tried it was dark when i got in. Gonna try and look more today. I tried to do a claim this morning said i couldnt yet cuz its been 24 hrs since last package scan. Tried last night to said i couldnt cuz it was on same date package was delivered

No im not at all. I got xscream handle pole comeing in ups thursday ill b takeing a vacation day so i can b sure to get that bad boy

i ordered a cheap hour meter for my moto on ebay....the package came strait from china usps...i never got it even though the tracking # said delivered...

i emailed the seller a couple times and they just kept forwarding the same message "your package was delivered on 10/05/12" over and over...pissed me off but it was cheap enough im not even going to deal with it...

Just collecting dust on the shelf in my office, I havent had time to go pick up the hull I bought back in september yet lol. Its just collecting dust too in Offroadies garage in Atlanta.

Ups some how lost 4 gallons of 927 that I ordered. Tracking last showed it arriving at the distribution warehouse but it never left. When on the phone with claims she asked me if I checked other houses. I told her if she pulled up the tracking she could see it never made it to Austin.

I was very lucky. I ordered from rocky mountain and they would have next day aired me the oil if they could have. After the 48 hours passed they filed the claim and had a new shipment out to me.
