You know, there are other vendors in this industry that pull the same crap, we just dont here about them as much for one reason or another. One reason I believe is do to the volume Jeff puts out as compared to others. I believe its Jeffs's knowledge combined with the right price that sells for him and he is the 1st to step up and lower the prices and try to produce more to compensate. If he sold all of his stuff to Riva and Hot products and other vendors he could get off the phone and produce faster, but then you have to pay Riva and Hot Products mark ups on top of the cost. It is give and take here, he is slow but he is good and cheap. He could be better organized for sure but I guess we get what we pay for sometimes.

What other vendors pull this crap? :dunno:

(Lying to customers repeatedly, not shipping stuff for weeks, months, even years)

Jeff is consistently inconsistent with delivering parts. Some people get their stuff quick and others wait and wait and wait...........................

His communication is hit and miss as well. If he responded to the people who were trying to contact him then alot of his problems would not even be known. He needs to learn that communication with a customer is very important.

What happened to the three or four or eight people he had working for him? Couldn't ONE of them be placed in charge of shipping?

shonuff- no doubt you are brilliant- but I have a better solution. does that make me brillianter?

WD should hire said slacker and let him answer the phone and be responsible for shipping parts out. from the sounds of it just having a body to talk to and the ability to ship finished products would improve what- half of all these complaints. maybe the do-boy could also look in on working projects and give updates to worried buyers?

nobody should take anything I say seriously as I am way behind on my work projects too. anyone know where a young punk to hire can be found?

Supergenius.

I guess we have all dealt with slow shippers in our time:rolleyes:

Here's a good Shonuff shipping solution:

1. Give your local UPS Store your credit card number to keep on file.
2. Hire a local 16-17 year old kid as an as-needed driver.
3. Keep his/her cell phone number handy to pick up parts and deliver to the aformentioned UPS Store to be shipped.
4. Inform them that if any of your parts get broken, so do their legs.
5. Praise Shonuff's brilliance.

This allows you to focus on your craft and leave the dirty work to others.

i wish his business was around here, id love to answer his phone and deliver parts.

The pole for Mike's hull is still in the assembly process. We have totally redesigned the pole to make it lighter and better looking. The new design is so much nicer than the original design. There were never any problems with how it was built, we just wanted it lighter and better looking. We are building twenty five of them at once. Until you build a full billet pole, you can't understand how much work is involved. There is a ton of machining. I wanted him to have the newer design, but, all he has to do is give me the word and I will send him the original style, I have three of them in stock. Is that the one you want Mike? Or do you want the new design? The poles are still at the welding shop and will be done soon. I was told they would be done sooner, but that is life. I know that they are working hard and it is on there list if things to get done. It does me no good to bitch and moan. As long as the assembly is right that is what matters. I expect no longer than a day or two since it has been a few weeks. ABOUT THE WHOLE BONZAI BOB ISSUE, I AM TYPING AS WE SPEAK

Damn, must be as slow at typing as he is at shipping.

I think before Jeff ships an order he does this (insert own user name). If he gets any hits on the search, he doesn't ship!! :haha: :sneaky: :sneaky:
