That move at 1:08 is killer....

thank you..i was wondering if anyone would notice that as combo moves like that are by far the most difficult thing to do in my bag of lip tricks....

thats why i preach to everyone that waverides to use footstraps...u need the leverage to get your ski to change direction mid face when u have allot of inertia going the opposite way after u do your first turn..it also inspires allot more confidence when u are on top of the tube and looking to air drop into the flats...not much room for error on those though...have to learn those the hard way lol

Gonna try to work on br reentries...now I said it so I have to do it Haha

Needs to be solid 8-10ft and deep enough

Been watching allot of windsurfing videos and those guys throw them down with a 10ft mast on their boards..

Hey brian maybe I'll suprise u homos one of these days Hahah. When the icebergs melt over there make a vid too I got a hd camera for 230$. I'll be happy to provide some constructive criticism as well ;)

If u want to work on your surf style make sure your pole isn't too short. I shortened mine 3inches and I couldn't get enough weight on the back to keep the pump loaded. I sucked at geometry in school too but just remember it's all about the angles

5-6 is gonna be plenty imo, getting around is the easy part but landing in the slop is where the fun starts....

A six foot wave is breaking in 3ft of water. I'd rather not sever my spinal column. Plus im not Taylor, I can't do 6 foot airs off a 2 foot wave. The rotation will kill allot of your height anyways. Plus it would be that much cooler if u stomped one on a solid one..I guess I need to do a few out the back first lol I've actually been able to envision it in my head recently for the first time so that's half of it right there. I think jk is the only guy to do them not in footholds. Most of the attempts I've seen have been pretty nose high and ugly. Maybe someday..

I have not tried the br reentry myself, but sunday morning at pismo I did bust one out again on about a 4 footer in the backset plate to plate. The roll itself is fairly easy once you get the hang of it, but I will admit launching sideways off the wave will add a bit of uncertainty for sure. I have not ruled out trying one at some point, but the planets will most likely be in the 1000 year alignment when and if I do...oh yea, straps are the shizznit!
