FX-1 WDK F1 Pro Build

I bought 5 yards of 20oz twill and 5 yards of 5.9oz twill for $320 from Soller but I split the cost with a friend who has been using it too. Also spent $80 on a gallon of US composites 3:1 epoxy.

Have you used that 20 (19.7oz right?) before?

Its heavy duty stuff!

Nope, I bought it for a quick build up cloth, it was only $30/yard but is definitely a bit harder to work with.

Thanks! I'll have the rails and front foothold finished up this weekend. Then onto paint, turf, and assembly. Gotta get this done for Wavedaze!

got an estimated weight on this hull limitedslip? you should get a scale. i think this thing would be pretty light.

I'll try to get a scale tomorrow night; I started on paint tonight! Already purchased 1.5 pints of Synergy Green and associated fluids. Hoping I have enough...

Hull weighs in at just under 70lbs right now. I'm expecting about 75lbs with paint, turf, and foothold hardware.

Wow, Just A very well executed F1. Classic example of true craftsmanship and quality..In the right hands, The Diamonds do come out of the ruff and are better than new..im jealous and say well Done so far. I wish i Had the time,patience and skill to pull off a build of this caliber! Good Job Slip!
