we finally got a hurricane coming!!!

OMG!there were barrels this morning up here that you could just about stand up in!

i rode yesterday and today and yesterday had more energy for sure. i wasnt there long either day, so maybe it got better as the tide pushed in.

it was a great swell for sure though! :hail::hail:bertha :hail::hail:

hurricaine surf

The surf was great. We got some photos but I wasnt about to give up ride time early when it was glassy to take pics. Scott took some photos later saturday and they really dont do justice to the awesome waves. I see the waves every day as I can see the ocean from my driveway. It was top five wave days in the last two years. On the way home saturday evening at 7:30 pm I took a couple photos of a guy surfing. The waves were still good. Nick will post up a couple shots later today. Besides the photos some guys from Tampa showed up and we had a great time riding and hanging out. Thats what its all about. A good time was had by all.

YEA, that's true.. i brought two camera this week end. one water and one still
i took two pictures with the still camera . as nice as the waves were pictures we on the back burner. i think most tampa boys just took a 15 min lunch break.. :Banane35:

Was watching Fuel TV later that day about a surf contest in Costa.....they had NOTHING on us this past weekend

It was nice meeting all you guys Sunday. My gf seemed to only take pics of me ....and my helmet (handlebar) cam turned out like shiot I will have to make a steady helmet mount for next time. I look forward to riding with you guys again
