so...i was always considering turfing the bottom of my laptop...that battery gets hot! (obviously with holes for the fans). Would this work u think?

I think that would be a terrible idea.
The turf would insulate the battery, getting it even hotter.
You risk breaking the machine.

That's a great idea. When stuff spills it would be easy to clean up and you'd never have that wet carpet smell from throwing all your soaked gear back there.

yup works good. i cut it the shape of the trunk and just laid it in there. wont get soaked with water.

Crocs

Hydro-turf is the duct tape of the jet ski world. It's waterproof, provides traction, looks cool, can prevent stuff from rubbing, can insulate, provide protection, what more could you ask for? I know people have used it for some weird things. State what other application you've used turf for besides on a jet ski and if possible post a pic.
