Super Jet Wet jet kraze wpp exhaust in superjet help

Has anyone used the exhaust off a wetjet Kraze in their superjet?
I'm looking for ideas on how to make it fit. If its even possible.

I took the entire engine, electrical box and exhaust from the Kraze.

I know the front stinger will have to be cut/welded on 180* on so it points the right way. But I'm finding the first chamber on the exhaust is just to fat (or so it appears)

I'd like to explore the free avenues before everyone jumps on me to "just get a b-pipe" please.
I know they are great. But I don't have one, or the 800$ to buy one.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

I cut the pipe in half and rotated it and then I had to move my tray back 1 inch to get it to fit in my fx1

My issue I think is on the Red circled areas (using your pictures)
I think It has enough space from the tray. But not the lip. How much material did you remove from the pipe in the red areas to get it to fit?

And is the FX1 engine bay smaller then the square nose bay?

Ill break out the grinder if shaving the pipe is an option

I'm pretty sure it is smaller but I ground down the cast mark on the back of pipe and ground down the hull. On the side of the engine bay I had to cut a groove big enough for the clam to fit and it all goes in with a little bit of wiggling

I will givr it a try
Thanks
Also
I have about 1/4 I've gap between my couplers
I read somewhere here that I can just press the mid shaft back through so that only 20mm is poking out from the back.
Can you confirm this? I can't find the thread where I think I read it.

I am running the same setup... I had no issues back by the fire wall... i mean it is CLOSEbut not hitting, as for the area by the clamp, yes i took my sawzall an notched out a bit of fiberglass... MAKE SURE your water line is hooked up to your manifold BEOFRE installing the whole pipe. you will NOT be able to get the hose on let alone a clamp. And if your pisser is back in that area too like mine is, attach the hose to that before the exhaust install as well. They say that a B-pipe will ad 12 HP to the 701 or something... well after switching from this hevy biatch it will be like adding 25 hp, lol.313765_491075720928121_823778146_n.jpg

Ok, so can you see where the mounting holes use to be? do you know how the brakets are shaped? (i'm going to try to make this make sense) the left side i moved over and have it mounted behind the exhaust, the bolt for the ebox is over far JUST far enough for the ebox to be able to come on and off the mounting bolt. Then on the riht side, i again had to move where the braket attache to the firewall, nd again have the bolt for the ebox to the right of mounting holes for teh braket. This side attaches a bit close to the exhaust outlet hose. make sense???

I think so
Thanks for all the help and pics.!
So gotta move the ebox.
Im not sure about drilking holes unless its last ditch. As I have no resin to plug them with. But I did just install a bilge.
I wonder if unbolting the mount and flipping them both facing to the right side would work. It don't look like I need to much more room

WPP is westcoast performance products. westcoast went in with wetjet on these and supplied some goodies like the intake manifold, billet couplers and these pipes. the problem with these and all cast pipes, is they are huge , heavy and vibrate everything to pieces. thats why they come with a huge bracket that secures the pipe to the head. i hate to say it, but if that pipe doesnt get nailed down good, all your hard work will turn to crap when it vibrates and breaks apart.

It will be bolted down just like it was in the kraze.
And I'm hoping this set up is temporary.
But as it stands. It's summer and my ride is in the work stand.
unless some one knows where I can get a b pipe for say. ..

lol believe me i tried everything before having to drill holes... just use some caulk to plug it for now... or stop by your local auto store and pick up a small tube of 5 min epoxy.

Tape off the holes in the engine bay and fill the holes outside with jb weld. You will be good
