Wetjet Intake Manifold

@brapperdoodle Are you still looking for a Kraze intake manifold? I have one, but I’d like to keep the 46mm carb with it so package deal. Let me know if you’d be interested
Hi would you know if the Kraze 97 with 61x and wetjet pipe was also done with a bn44 carb? as I have one and tring to get carb specs of LS HS jets and screw turn outs as well as spring/needle/seat. Its strange mine has a bn44 as the 97 Kraze model but no westcoast intake or bn46 carb??

I take it the WetJet stamped exhaust is a Westcoast produced one - just baffled that my 97 Kraze doesnt have the 46 westcoast intake or bn46 carb - any explanation would be great along with requested carb specs as above - many many thanks in advance. :)

Some did and some didnt....
I'm just gonna jet the bn44 with same jets as what the bn46 was recommended to be with the Westcoast intake, i.e. LS117.5 and HS 155 but use a 1.5 needle and seat. The reason being I do not have a manual for the 97 Kraze with Westcoast pipe (assuming my WETJET stamped pipe is a Westcoast performance pipe) bn44 with Yamaha intake manifold setup. The bn44 while on the duo model recommended on wetjetparts.com as LS120 and HS130 I assume didn't have the more demanding Westcoast pipe - seems logical....

see any drawbacks?

I’ve asked a few questions about oddities that I’ve found in the several Wet Jets that I’ve owned. I talked to a man named Dennis that worked for WJ in the 90’s and took over parts distribution for them after they went out of business. He told me that they started to “Frankenstein” them once they started having issues. I currently have 2 1995 Kraze’s a 1996 DUO and a 1997 Kraze. The 95s are completely stock and completely different. One is set up like the DUO and has no tach. It has the fuel gauge down in the black gel coat in front of the seat. Plus when they went in for their extensive recall work there wasn’t any over site from WJ. Each tech put parts on as they were available to try to save money. Absolutely insane but hella fun to ride!

I saw the prototypes at the Mastercraft factory when I went there for Mastercraft school but I changed jobs and went back to the Kawi -Polaris stealership right after the skis hit the showroom so I never got to work on them, I think I have worked on a total of one over all these years , they just didn't sell against the Tigersharks and Seadoos the dealership was already carrying.

By the time I made it back to the Seadoo -Mastercraft dealership they were long gone , pretty neeta ski as long as you don't have to take the gas tank out.

I’m taking tanks out now! Seriously dirty fuel and I had one die on the lake Saturday. Maple syrup colored gasoline. Going through the entire fuel system on all of them. I actually found the electrical section of their Wet Jet School online. Any idea what Wet Jet S.E.A.L. training was? I have to find out how to be a WJ Seal! Haha
