I met Dusty, impressive to see a guy that big get so high. I couldn't ride around on his boat with a 2 foot long pole.Tell that to Dusty!!!!!!!!!!! LOL
Yeah and I’m mainly shooting for buying at the Daytona freeride so hopefully I get a test ride beforehand.Hope this helps you shoul always ride before you buy

I definitely agree with this. In smooth surf, the -4.3 are a blast and will slide around in a fun way on the face and lip. They definitely land extra hard if you flatland from some height on a flip, you have to learn how to nose in the landing to be spared.I had a -4.3. It was good, but it sucked in choppy surf, way to light. Sold it and got my Edge Hull.
Brian Virgin once told me at Daytona that his choice for a surf ski would be like a CARBON Superfreak/Titan with a nice ported 701 in it.For all around its hard to beat the -4.3 in my opinion. The edge is a great hull too but really need a bigger engine 900+ to really enjoy it because of its weight
