Other What do you wear under your wetsuit......if anything?

We were talking about wetsuits at work yesterday and when I mentioned that I go commando under mine, I was laughed at. It appears none of my coworkers go commando under theirs.

Now I am curious as to what you guys think.

X2^, off the subject a little, but has any1 ever used watersocks/beach socks with there riding boats? i read they will help keep sand out and keep ur feet warm. can't find them anywhere tho.

Depends on the Water temp. When surfing nothing but a wetsuit and rashguard. When riding sometimes board shorts under the suit sometimes shorts over the suit.

nothing else works.

sport chalet has them here in CA. I'd imagine anywhere that does scuba gear would inventory something that will work.

I'm a surfer as well...All the surfers I know go commando.

If I am wearing a shorty, I will put put on board shorts over the wetsuit, so that ths side of the board doesn't rub me raw while sitting. I like this setup since the board shorts extend past the wetsuit legs.

Underneath the shorty is commando though. Anything under the suit will just get bunched up IMO.

I also wear 2mm scuba socks in the winter with my wrestling shoes. They do a good job of keeping sand out. Keep in mind that I tuck the socks underneath my wetsuit.

Helps keep the feet warm as well. I used to wear my wetsuit booties for riding but ditched them for wrestling shoes.
