Would you buy a set? Are you serious enough to try and set up a group buy?

No, I don't have any pricing info, but it seems like we should be able to get a decent break on the pricing if we bought like 10 sets....

check out the new watercraft factory side sponsons. theyre a little less chubby than the tubbies.

....and im pretty sure he'd be willing to give a bulk discount, being a site sponsor and such.

ive probably said enough. PM waterfreak for more info.

Well Steve is now offering his sponsons on a group buy discount.

Depending on how they stack up to Tubbies, I'll update this thread. At the very least it sets a precedent....

aren't they just some foam and glass ?
with a little gelcoat on top... i understand they have to make the mold and whatnot, but that does not constitute a $250 price tag. definitely a supply/demand thing... you saw how quickly WD sold his hoods when he lowered the price to $399

Exactly my point.

I think it's time Jeff shook up this entire industry.

dont say things like this outloud!

You might get those big named sponsors pissed off, you know the ones that " put so much into the 'sport'"

there will always be a market for things like that, and people who will pay because they dont know how, dont want to mess with it, or simply want the "real deal"

for the rest of us.. hehe yeah, foam and plastic.

If a company can afford to sell them for less than 200 bucks and survive in the market, I'm sure it will happen.
