What mods to make flatwater BFs easier?

So im getting a RN for this season (my second) and my ultimate goal is to nail a backy by the end of summer. What mods will help the most?
Im thinking a trim system would be the best start.

Are we talking about off or our own wake here or like a boat wake?
I know theres no way in hell i would do one of my own wake with a near stock sj, but off of a boat wake with a few mods how would i fair?

And im always praying for 5 ft. waves :)

id be saying with a light ski and ported 61x and trim it would still wanna be a really good boat wake
i still reakon at least a 800 or larger and a light boat

i know a few guys that are getting around on a ported 61x with no trim stock hull but thats with two wakeboard boats hanging to have a crack

Yes! The 'DJ take me to the party' song! :headbang:

The height of those rolls was just silly. They need to go for 1.5 and nosestab in.

Wha Wha wha??? Ok seriously - someone tell me exactly what that boat is/has - someone must know that guy?

Come on - I'm not a freestyle specialist nor do I think I could ever be - BUT if someone told me for another $6 or $8G in mods I too could be superman like that...I'll start saving.

How about $10 or $12G in the hull and $6 or $8G under the hood. Then the little things

the stuff at 1:18 or so just blows my mind... theres no body movement for it at all... just grab the trigger and point the bars... the ski does the rest for those few moves.

i dont think id know what to do with myself on a ski with that much power.... prob, just yank the throttle and end up separated from the ski.
