SO they leak a little..Does that out way the beneift of emptying the entire hull in like 5 seconds? For some maybe, like a rec rider who goes out and ride on his lake for fun. I compete and having a 2 minute run, i cant afford to be waiting for my duel bigle pumps to pump out the water which takes alot longer. With a scupper, by the time i get to my next set up wake it will be all gone with the scupper. A scupper will leak a little, and if installed right, hardly any. Its a personal choice and i know that but its the benifits that out weigh the risks.

indeed but why not get a non leeky scupper like the 24-7 or xfc?

i'm all for xmw, but i beleave it needs a redesign..

id go with the xft or a one way. they leak alot. if your only going to compete how much will you ride 30 minutes a year.if cash is a problem go with a decent oneway.no more then 20.00

Thats makes 0 sense. People do practice and have to ride to be able to compete. Thats like any sports player only hitting the field when its time for a game.

XFT you have to install with the hull split, 3" are you kidding me? Jason just got one of his pump dump, maybee thats what I am thinking about? I would like to shorten and angle my next hull, with 2 pump dump one way valves and 2 bilges, not shure thats enough thou? I really like the scupper idea, if you have two! Just put some pumps and go with the scupper IMO.

Im considering shortening my hull by like 2 inches.:dunno: if i will like it though.

I plan on doing 1 scupper and 2 if i can get on into the pump with 2 bilges.

you dont have to split the hull. jacob 06 has his done with scupper tunnels and dual 3"scuppers.

I have never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever in all my years of riding given a rats but about 1 ounce of water leaking in to my ski every 30 seconds.

The bilge will get it if it becomes to much.

And besides, who lets their ski float around in the water for 20 minutes.

Ride it or beach the dang thang.

It was the pump dump one I was thinking about, thats the coolest/crazyest set up. With a strait tube I can see it being done.

Corey, you cut the tray up yet?

Yes sir! Figured there be a nice amount of wet foam, NO A DROP!:banghead: Which means i did alot of work for nothing. Im not gonna cut into the bottom of the tray since i dug out some with my finger below there and it didnt feel wet at all. Atleast doing the scupper will be easier now.

You should do a pump drain with the tray open!:cool2:

Dry foam means less work:biggthumpup:
