gaskets, plugs, tools, starter, ignition coil, carbkit, silicon coupler maker, extra bildge, ss, and a prop.
anything to add? mayb even some hydro turf and a water box

Bring your registration. they want to make sure your not trying to sell it if you get stopped by the federales. you got a good list. maybe a CDI?

the "whole going to mexico" thing is nothing new for me, and yes it might be a little more dangerous than before but oh well I've been a few times each year and never had serious problems.
-hard to take skis to central/south america..... wish i could guy ride ecuador/peru. hell wish i could get up the courage to move back--- Beach bum not a good enough paying profesion
they now have "american" style auto zones with a full 3m and all those other random doodads
but getting the specialty items for jetskis would become a pain.

You forgot about me. I'm all over another Mexico run- Haha! Seriously though, 6 weeks isn't that long bro, I hope your ski is reliable enough to go 6 weeks plus with zero maintenance. That said, in addition to your list, My Mexico kit has spare motor mounts, b pipe coupler, a throttle and steering cable and a bendex. (Also it wouldn't hurt to have some WD-40, a can of starting fluid and a tube of anti seize and dielectric grease) BTW Where exactly are you going in Mexico?

Just be careful what you drink out of and where you eat. Use your head, don't' carry large amounts of cash on you. Leave your Ed Hardy stuff at home lol.

yah maintnance is still a concern because of the low hours the craft has seen since being reasembled, plus gives me an excuse to not ride horses.

driving from Tucson to Puerto vallarta (or more specifically cabo corrientes/el tuito area)

if by an off chance anybody knows anyone living anywhere in the guadlajara-tepic-colima-puetro vallarta- melaque area selling anything yamaha (pwc -duh) 2 stroke for a reasonable price i may be interested.... must be mexican titled
