That hull was hammered. I broke the nose off for the third time and it was split down the middle and repaired previously.

This is what we are fixing. The house was built in 1883 and the top porch beam has been a problem even when my great grandfather lived here. We replaced it 18 years ago and it has since bowed out again. This time we are building beams across the front and parallel to tie the outer beam to the wall as well.

Air was 60 today in Ohio. Ice covered Shores thawed over night. Water is 33 degrees. These 2 babies ran sweet! Sxr1100 (for sale) is WAY too fast for me.

How is that 1100? I can't afford it haha but tried building one like 6 years ago when I had an 08 SXR. Lost interest, but I still kick myself that I didn't build it. It's on my to do list!
