Been trying to find a bit for a dremmel that does a decent job at cutting aluminum. I've tried different high speed cutters, tungsten carbide cutters and they all suck. The aluminum just gauls up the tool. I bought a 1/4" router bit today and it's the poop.

Be careful of city water and even lake water if u go outside the resort - my cuz went into septic shock from ingesting some water on an expedition
