A pilot buddy of mine has been after me to go with him on a ride up the St Johns river on his spare couch. Had a blast and finished up with lunch at a restaurant on the river. Good times!!!

My new project....a garage house! We have talked about building one for a long time, but instead, we bought a 3 family property that has a duplex in the front, and my new man cave/living quarters in the back! Garage is 1000 sq ft and the apartment above is 900sq ft. Our plan is to turn this into the ultimate single man/ Motorsports couple rental property. Apartment above is getting gutted and fully remodeled as our first real flip.
