That's a prop washer homie, you've had to take a 100 of those off working for Wizards. Goes between the pump stator and the impeller but ok to run without impeller blades don't contact the pump vanes. Typically they should have rubber overmolded to them

Meh, I don't pay attention I just take stuff apart lol. Jk I knew where it was just wanted to make sure
