Some of you know I’ve been working on completely remodeling a garage house, while living in it the whole time. It’s been quite a fun experience....we are essentially glamping every day. I did set up a full kitchen in the garage, as we have no kitchen in the apartment. Luckily, I have some great women in my life that put up with my crazy ideas, and even cook me gourmet meals almost every night....tonight we had pulled pork Nachos! Life is awesome when you downsize and live easy!

Some of the happiest years of my life were spent in a 600Sqft cabin with a mortgage of $326/month.
There’s a lot to be said for downsizing.
It helped that I had a 1200sqft shop though...and an $1800/month toy budget.

Our townhouse is showing us a very healthy profit and we are living for free at the other property because the duplex on the property pays the mortgage! My Ferrari is only a few years away!
