This Eco Diesel has large coolant leak behind the engine. I’ve tried mirrors, my bore scope, go pro camera and all I can say, it’s leaking from up high on the engine possibly from the valley..... so I took the Cab gotta off and it’s from the valley but still see the failure. I’ll take the intake manifold off and then I should know what’s failed

How many hours of a job is it to take the cab off and get to that point?

If you’ve done it once and don’t work slow, 1.5 hrs to get it off the frame.. I Took the intake manifold off next and now have 6.5 hrs in it.... before the repair

That reminds me of a overly obnoxious friend that I have... He has a WAY to loud train air horn in his truck and let it off by me as he was driving by me on the side of the street one day at his shop. I have very sensitive ears and I swore I would get him back somehow. So I rigged with duct tape one of those small air powered air horns to the bottom of his office chair at his shop when he was outside. When he came in and sat down he about shat his pants.. was so lol...

I know, Star Wars Nerds. Yes I was but always in costume so you never saw my face. Tallest storm trooper ever on camera at 6'3" so I just tell everyone look for the tall one. It was a once in a lifetime experience and they even paid us even though I would have done it for free.
