She has been relocated to a conservation area several miles away.
The original spot we had picked out was less than ideal so we did a little drive and stumbled upon a perfect haven for just such beasts.
She won't get any more strawberries but she'll have plenty of water and critters to play with.
I resisted the urge to epoxy a GPS tracker to her.
Meanwhile, beach assault training with my other minions is progressing well.

Sounds really stupid but a splinter
. About the size of a toothpick went in my pinkie out the other side and into ring finger. Pulled the pinkie piece out with pliers. The ring finger piece went between the joint and tendon and had to be surgically removed yesterday. Deeper than the hand surgeon had initially thought. Couldn’t close that finger to my palm because the splinter stopped the joint from flexing. Good times.

Same here Mike! We were down in Walt Disney World. I remember they had the game on a TV in the game room at The Contemporary. 40 years later it was so surreal to walk into that rink!
