Repair order states “battery is dead and there is some kind of leak”.... really that’s all you can tell me?

Found a hole in oil pan and wrist pin sitting on the belly pan, then found a nice round hole in the side of the block. I think the wrist came out the hole, it’s a perfect fit.

Dang, Well, I feel for them, this isn’t a good time for a blown engine

Lincoln electric welding school. Intro class....1 week....covers stick, mig, tig, and plasma cutting!

You are welding on day 1 and all hands on with very little class. Love it!

Stick was lame, mig is pretty cool, but I lost interest in everything else once I started tiggin!

I love stick welding. I bought a tig welder just for fun at home. Not done much on it but it sure is fun. Not fast but fun.

not my view from today but this week.

On my last days of work in the current company before they close the doors for the last time, I decided to risk it and get a photo of the last bigger thing I was personally involved in. We hot rolled 3.75" thick x 17.5" wide aluminum billets down to 1/2" thick by about 9 feel long on the longest one. It's awesome to see and be part of how we pound these things down. This is proof that aluminum doesn't explode under a downward force constant pressure, it just squishes lol

That looks like steel to me, but I do have a drift bar that needs replacing too. It's mushrooming over just like that. The chunks just fall off of mine though, they don't fly away lol.
