Sand sand sand here too. Then paint paint paint. This is getting old quick.
Shellac primer to cover the pine too. Don't want it to bleed through the white paint. This poop is smelly!

Must be reno season. I finished up with the laminate tile in our kitchen and laundry room last night. Now all I have left is the T-mold and quarter round.
I will be so glad to get this all finished up so I can have my free time back. Between annual shutdowns at work, and this flooring project, I haven't had any time for anything else these past 6 weeks.
I actually have one room finished off completely and that is the laundry room.

I wish I would have done more detail work like that when we refinished ours after we bought it.
I refinished the hard wood when we bought it 3ish years ago and yesterday my son was pushing a toy dumptruck down the hall on it's side making truck noises with his mouth....I was so proud and so sad at the same time lol.
