These where totally trashed. The truck had to be wet sanded and buffed twice before glaze and wax. And had to remove an entire mans life from the car and wash it twice with whitewall and pressure before i could even think about pulling the carpet. Wish I had before pics. My hands are usually just wet or covered in some chemical so I don't handle my phone much.

"Wax on, and wax off" motion, and yeilding a big ass buffer all day is not child's play. I've done some detailing, but LOTS of color sanding and buffing out oxidized boats and RV's.. It's even worse working on scaffolds/ladders on RV/5th wheels! :)

More power to you taking care of your friends business, your a good man Scraggly!

I'm so short I use a small wallboard and step ladder for work like this. I do boats, rvs, not much I haven't sanded buffed and brought back to life. Ive been enjoying it! I've done this a lot and for a long time, but we are very fast passed and work our tails off. Me and one other guy usually have 4 done a day they get picked up and on the lot soon as there done. They are usually trade ins. And they sell a lot of cars!
He is paying me, wish i could do it for free, but I gotta work to. Just glad I can step in and keep it rolling instead of him trying to train some young kid that's never done it before the one day he comes back to town. He is where he should be and so am I. He tried that last Saturday and we had to clean up there mess Monday. Not worth it. They just created more work for us. This week.

Last two I've bought lightly used for less then $100 and gets through another year. After my $1500 one got trashed in 9 months I didn't do that again
