That's crazy......my little diesel work car does 70 mpg on a 70 mph motorway run ...It's no way near as cool as that though.

Truck has a 383 stroker crate motor with 400hp and 400 ft lbs of torque. It will lift the left front wheel when it launches. Hence the 2mpg

Hurricane Matthew has passed us with no damage other than minor water intrusion and a broken gate latch.

We lost power around midnight so the first order of business today is to fire up the generator and make some coffee.

A man has to have priorities right!

Yeah, thankfully it wasn't near as bad as predicted. I slept through most of it but my wife was up all night stressing at every little noise...well that and my snoring.

Power is still out and we only have a 1000 Watt generator so decisions had to be made.

It's either Scooby-doo or Jason Bourne!
