Wife and I spent 10 days there for our honeymoon. Do not buy any “fun activities” from the people selling on the beach. Buy from the resort. Get certified for diving. It’ll take you 45 min to get certified vs anywhere else like Hawaii you have to take classes for 3 days… charter boat fishing was awesome, check that out too.

Cool. Thanks for the tips. The locals selling crap on the beach are a little pushy but we know how to deal with them. We are getting high on shore winds so I think scuba is out. We only have time for one or two excursions so we are going zip lining and taking a dune buggy tour through some of the plantations. This is an awesome resort so I’m sure we will be back. Thanks again for the tips.

I’m in the office today...first time in almost 5 months, lol.

Made a 360° Gopro helmet mount. Used a couple pieces of aluminum tubing from Home Depot and a small caster. I tapped one end for the bolt with the washers and on the other end I cut the head off a bolt to screw the 2 pieces together to get the length I wanted. Found a aluminum GoPro tripod mount on amazon for the long end. Seems to be balanced pretty well

Yeah, they mentioned snow, 1/4". I laughed. We got about 2" but only stuck to the grass.
