Yeah, my 2006 SXR was a steal at $5800 but it still added up to $8500 out the door, (CDN). The dealer was a friend and showed me all the costs behind the scene too. It was a real eye opener to say the least. I rode it for 11 hours and sold it for $2600 , (USD).

Collectively we have over 3000 pictures of the house during all the different phases of construction.
I plan to do a bit of a build thread but really it’s just going to be some epoxy floor paint, a couple wall cabinets, LED lighting and then moving all my machine centers in and main bench. Everything is pretty much transferring over so it will look nearly identical, just 10ft to the left.
