Was. Forced air going in the attic with ac.
Boiler was bad and to much $ to relocate all pipes while remodeling. Same price to go forced air with a.c. and tankless water heater as it would be for new boiler and rework.
No brainer.
Now to try and sell them. Heavy mothers!
