Wilkey has the skills, I bet he could backflip a rowboat! These guy both are giving you good advice though. If you can't afford a real top end lightweight ski you aren't getting the best bang for your buck to be able to do what you want to do by replacing your hull. Although I can't really say much cause I'm replacing my heavy ass waterlogged superjet to be able to backflip. I have a maniac/ blue 710 stock stroke and mine runs like a 760. I'm going to his big bore kit soon. Great service from Maniac and Blue knows his shiot!

Re-foam! Re-foam! You will feel like you bought a new hull. 40 pounds in the back end of a ski makes for an all around ill handling boat!
