**End of the 2016 update**
I'm still really enjoying the predator, I've beat the piss out of this ski and it hasn't skipped a beat. Multiple lawn darts, pancakes, under/over rotated flops and the hull is holding up beautifully. The same treatment on the old Q8 left the hull with the nose munched, broken bulkhead, separated decks, etc. (certainly not intended for surf abuse). My hull is showing some rash on the nose from the lawn darts, scratches from normal use and beaching, and a few stress cracks in the gel around the hood hooks and rideplate-not concerned as the hull layup feels to be nearly a 1/2" thick. I can't stress enough how impressed I am with the way this ski handles, once you learn to trust the boat you can throw it into any part of the wave with a confidence I've never experienced on another ski.
After a season and a half it's due for some TLC and is currently being stripped down for a complete overhaul. I had originally planned to do all of this last winter but time ran short, I got lazy and the ski was running great so I let it go. I've come across some stuff after tearing down that I'm now kicking myself for but it is what it is and that's the price you pay to play. I'm going to estimate there's over 250 hours on my Jetworks 900r stroker, it's been in 2 skis in 3 seasons and I've done nothing but put fuel in it and change spark plugs. A full freshen up is in order.
I'll continue to update this thread with pics as it comes along. It will essentially be another reassembly, changing a few minor things that hopefully will help any new hull owners in the future should they stumble across this.
