Custom/Hybrid white sasquatch Rok-R build

The combination of nose rocker and the bond line curving inward towards the nose doesn't allow the chamber to fit flush against the manifold. It functions and I haven't burned the coupler but it just doesn't fit the way it should. Because the chamber sits slightly up and inward I had to heat and indent the forward left corner of my kart tank to make it fit.

Sounds like C-4 chamber FTW in the non setback model. Any ideas on a coupler cover?

Cut the pod out and move it to the starboard side,then plexus it back in? Did your pipe/manifold mate well?

What about your bypass lines using the air line fittings and air line off the head? That stuff don't work so well being pushed over the overboard fittings.

Ya those are all being replaced with push to connect fittings. I just got the pipe and wanted to mock it up first.

You found pissers(overboard) that accept the air line?After I saw what happens to the poly line and converted alot of it to 3/8" fuel line. I used it to feed the manifold and the dry pipe but everything else got converted.

Not going to use pissers. Going to run just hand warmers

What waterbox is that for? It looks good. I used oem rn straps,hooks,rubber pad, and waterbox in mine.
