Why was my post about the pro x pistons for 25 bucks deleted.

Is this website becoming another with double standards? Are people protecting people. Wtf really.

I'm going g yo start posting links to all the parts all the vendors sell. So people can get them for real cost. I'm tired of the little guy in this sport being screwed. If the mods don't like it they can pm me to talk about it or ban me.

Think about why someone would only except stock bore cylinders when doing an exchange. Think of how easy it would be to just bore every cylinder to 82 mm and sell it with those kits. Could prob have 100 bucks into a top end set yhat your selling for 600 bucks. Shady as hell. That's just one idea of the many tbat vendors have on here. We are supposed to be a community helping g to benefit our sport and get more people on the water. Not profit because of newbs

I'm also plenty capable of manipulating newbs. The difference is I don't. I try and help them. Always

I moved it to the correct section called "good deals". You did not have anything for sale. Just posted a link to an eBay ad. Oh. They all sold out. You will see them again here for $75.00 ea probably.

guess this is just making you look like a chump.

I didn't even know there was a good deals thread. I've seen threads linked many times in the sale section.

I apologize. But I've seen it happen before on other sites. Glad it wasn't here also

I'm glad all you guys knew they were scamming people and didn't post up also. Pat yourself on the back for that

Hope people realize this and spend there money in the right places. I've met alot of cool people on here that aren't out to screw others. Or people that actually care. But alot that don't also.

This happens all the time. It shouldn't be allowed and should be a part of moderating.

No this isn't my site and no im not a moderator. All I can do is voice my opinion about it

I respectfully disagree sparkplug. While i agree with you that people need to grow a conscience and stop screwing people over (not that I have personally witnessed it on here with the exception of one seller), I personally don't think the mods need to screen prices of sales. It would get too complicated. Just let supply and demand work things out. People should do research on sellers and buyers. Not all forums have the buyer feedback section, and I sincerely appreciate that this one does. People who buy without doing research don't deserve the best deals. At the end of the day, just let Capitalism rule ;)

I understand it's more work. There is usually a moderator just for a sale section. This site is small I understand. If a person knows and doesn't say anything, aren't they just as guolty? In my eyes yes. If one doesn't know, then that is different.

I could post a page with almost everything sold by vendors on here. I've sourced it all myself. Every single thing is marked up. Which is understandable. 200 percent is not. Selling others services and making profit is not. Lying about origins is not.

Disclosure: I am not a mod (as of October 2013), but I used to play one on this one website.

The above quote is the very thing that gets very very VERY old very quickly. Whenever pretty much anything happens someone disagrees with, it'll be blamed on mods/admins for 'protecting X' or 'protecting Y'.
X and Y are current companies and they change yearly. X and Y also change depending on who makes the accusation.
The only constant is that the mods are in bed with all the manufacturers and actively harming AND protecting them at the same time. NEAT!
It's also one of the factors that makes moderatorship pretty stressful.

I don't know you, Sparkplug. You aren't the first one to cast that stone, far from it. But perhaps next time something you deem 'fishy' is going on, maybe PM the mods first instead of having an accusing tone and making a big post about it?
The mods on this site - past, present, and probably future - are regular guys. They are no more nefarious than anyone else here. They aren't getting paid under the table by the Jetski Vendor Mafia, ok?

JMHO.

PS: The mods have never made it their job to screen sales. That is YOUR job. Do it.
It's a free website. You get out of it what you put in.

Lol. I understand I should have pmed a mod. Guilty as charged. I apologized. That's water under the bridge at this point. And far from the main issue. Thanks for your post though

Ps. These mods have never made it their job to moderate the sales on their website

And please understand that I am not pointing a finger at you. It is a general comment about this topic directed at everyone, not you.

For the record. This site isn't super easy to view on tapatalk. And my tapatalk just updated and is totally dif again. I'm not making excuse. I could have taken more time and looked my post up and found it. Apologize again

That's a matter of opinion and morals. In my eyes its borderline stealing. Some people are lazy as hell and won't search. Some are rich as hell and don't care. The majority are newbs and don't know any better. Taking advantage of that is wrong IMO and if you think it's ok, that's fine with me. Don't hate when I try and inform tho

Wow. What do you think I was doing g when I moved both of your threads. MODERATING. We do not get involved with buying and selling on this site. We moderate to make sure that members are not post dumping on your thread. It is up to you to vet the buyer or seller you are dealing with. If someone is selling pistons for $25.00 on ebay that is not our business. Heck. I wish they had 83mm pistons. I would have bought some. Do you even now why they have those for so cheap? Probably not. Nor does it matter to this site. You seam to have a burr up your ass towards the Admins and Moderators of this site. Not sure why but since we do such a shirty job please feel free to go somewhere else. Matt tried to explain how things work but you seam to not get it.
