Hey Rob,
The 7430 is for the dual carbed model 750's only. The dual carbed 750s require 2 #7050 and 2 #7430. The single carb 750 just uses 4 of the #7050.

I'm running a Big Pin 750 with an R&D Dual SBN 44 intake. I was originally a dual carb motor as well. I take it I should use the 2 #7050 and 2 #7430 combo?

Also, if I'm running a 650 exhaust manifold on a 750 cylinder, does it matter which exhaust gaskets I use?

Yup, that is correct! and 44mm carb base gaskets obviously.

Can you duplicate gaskets if I send them to you? I have a couple of gaskets that I need for an old Westcoast exhaust for the 440/550's and while I could reuse the ones that I have I am sure new ones would be better and then you would have the pattern for others.
