Other WTF is wrong with nebraska

Texas has a online defensive driving class/ test that is actually pretty hard to 'cheat' or whatever. The questions are timed etc. And you can't fast forward. Random questions every so often. Sure you can cheat, but I think there is a cheat for any test. Especially on state tests lol.

I think online would be a great option for this.

Nebraska has some tough boating laws and if you come in from out of state with jet skis you will be given a second and third and fourth ------ etc. look when they notice the out of state license.
I grew up there and spent 20 some years on Neb. lakes. It's not so bad if your instate but out of state you better be careful.
I was back visiting family a few years back and took the ski's with me. Got into a serious bind with the park ranger - (he was parked on shore watching us) got the whole "you can't come into our state and get away with that type of riding". We were in open water, no boats around ----

The boater safety classes are a good thing but 6 hrs does seem a little excessive.

I personally think the dumb asses that go to the lake and get to drinking and operating their boats or jet skis is a way worse problem.
