Anyone got a good name for it? 'X' stuff is pretty burned out, just like 'sick' and 'extreme'. I guess we could use 'schmangled' or 'fungled' or something. :lightning:
Anyway, here's a new forum for the video project. I got the GoPro wide yesterday and have the suction cup mount, chest harness (front/back shots), handlebar mount (for a bow eye mount that we'll get fabbed up), plus several of the almost permanent adhesive mounts.
I'm pretty amazed at the camera's quality, just feels really sturdy and the plastics used are really nice, plus it's just super small. It's the size of my Blackberry's keyboard and about 1" thick without the waterproof housing.
I still have to get some more memory cards and figure out exactly how we're going to do this in terms of some sort of insurance that I'll get the camera back. I trust most people, but more than likely will want a deposit of some sort. It's only $210 worth of equipment so it's not like it's a high dollar setup, but I'd still like it back, and INTACT/FUNCTIONING.
