I broke my chinpad down in Daytona so I sent Sergio an email about it when I got home. I got an email yesterday saying my new one was ready and was shipping out. Great products and excellent customer service!! Awesome to deal with!:cool2:

Let's clarify....He is good at follow up. It sometimes take a couple days, but he doesn't promise anything he can't deliver. The communication/english and spelling can be funny sometimes.

Yep, he makes good products too.

He's a good guy to deal with and very helpful, but it is still an international transaction, so that needs to be kept in mind.
