I was able to find my spare tank cover. It has bolt holes through the gas door and the rear mounts aren't the greatest (that's why it's my spare), but I don't have a use for it. Here are some pics. Not sure how much it would cost to ship, but we can figure it out if you want it.

I think you're referring to the hood latch. Ebay has them for $15 - $20. Do you have the front metal piece on the hood and the metal arch on the handpole hinge?

Im assuming the engine is warm when u test compression. If you top out at 75 psi and stop cranking the motor, does the gauge hold 75 psi? Or does it drop off?
