I can check with some peeps over here to find the best way Carl.
We may be able to come up with something between us fella...
WAve Chaser - Cheers for the offer and I will bear you in mind.
Went down to the spray shop the other day to see how my friend is getting on. Looking good and I am well excited!!!
I told him to fill his boots and do what he thinks would look good as I couldn't make up my mind... So off he went and I am well pleased with the colour that he has gone with.
One set of UMI bars and UMI Steering Plate cleaned, polished and all bearings replaced:
The main bearing was a nightmare to get out...
I had to grind out the inner part of the bearing. Then I had to drimmel out part of the outer to relieve pressure.

Anyway... On with the Hand Holds:
Started off by marking out a center pilot hole on both sides and then two larger holes...
I seemed to of had an endless supply of carbon kevlar, so I figured what the hell and added some more strength to the sides of my ski. I also added some to the inside of my dash panel:
Decided to shorten my pole as I am a tall fella. I reduced it by an inch and a half which should be more then enough as the FX1 pole is a little short as standard:
This guy (Sprocket) has got to be one of the most helpful guys that has blest the UK jetski scene. He said to me to bring my engine down to his workshop when I was going to build it and he would keep me right. He didn't want me to make a mess of it and offered his guideance. So, I went down on a...
