tiged the bolt together, its a gehto way of doing things but it wont break and it will get me on the water.

well i got half way done cutting out a plate for the pole mount before my cnc mill broke on me.

i love that nose, and if you dont mind me asking what is the rickter nose (with added rocker), and what are the advantages to it. just curious

and here is the soild bushings i made for the turn plate, i machined them out of delron

i dont have the money to buy a RN pole bolt, and i cant do metric threads on my lathe. so i machined my SN bolt done and i will tig weld it togther in tell i can get a RN bolt

what vest do you have, and has any one have any luck with any CGA vest (not bulky, good movement ect.)

yeah i way 200lbs so a uscg one is is for me

i am looking at getting a new comp vest but was worried about the Flotation of the non uscg approved vest,as i am getting more and more in to the freestyle side of jetsking.
