Weighted my hull, hood and pole. its an amazing 106 pounds no turf besides rails and the black rubber piece around the back of the tray... I thouht it was light but not that light. Weight that thing before you get to far

Im in Henderson yeah, just started a new jobs so should start working on my ski thinking about doing the same thing just not the sxr look on the tray. Got a empty hull in the garage with hood and stock pole. I will go weigh it real fast. Keep this thing going.

try putting it on the ski and doing it that way or use a cresent rench and put a pipe over the end of it for some more torque ~brandon~
