Needed a longer rideplate for my ski, it was porpoising pretty bad in the surf. Unfortunately I didn't have any 1/4" plate so I had to weld 2 4" flatbar together.

Id be real careful with those vortex intakes set up the way you have.... Kiss your motor goodbye if any of the studs come loose.... Seen it happen right before my eyes. Nothing compares to the sound of a motor chewing up some stainless!

"Paint stripper" you can it from Walmart.... works wonders for me. Look for the gold can.

Worked great! Towed it 2 miles to the garage.

And its alive coming in at 259lbs dry. Strong first start. Very happy.

All thats left is the handle pole, ride plate and intake grate.
