well the thing is, you can't even get it up to speed cuz it comes out of the water every couple of seconds due to the waves....i can ride it on the waves alright but it just slows down too much....its actually more wavy water than choppy....

the only lake around where i live has EXTREMELY choppy water and so it sucks out there! i'm sure it would be awesome to play on smoother water but out here it just sucks...

Hey everyone! i'm new to the stand up ski world had some bad luck with a 89 300 sx but i found a guy selling a 1995 750 sx kawasaki in mint condition, theres not a scratch on the hull...he's had it in the water five times since he bought it in 1995 and its been under a tarp in his garage...

Well, its not the gasket, the gasket looks fine, when i push on the piston, (back and forth) it actually moves maybe 1/32 of an inch or even a bit more...i know for a fact on my truck engines that should NOT be allowed. is the same true for the jet ski?

well....i just ran into some more trouble....haha I gave the ski back to the guy i bought it from so he could try and figure it out. He gave it back to me today and said he had no idea but agreed to help me pay the repair bill....I know you said it was the carb so i'm still looking for...

Where can i find one of those carbs? and are they expensive? Also, i'm 6'2" and about 170 - 180 lbs, think the 300 is a bit small for me?? lol

the shorter of the two needles is slightly bent, could that cause a problem? just slightly though! barely noticeable!!!

i think i'm just going to end up taking it to a local ski shop... :(

okay, well i unplugged the stop switch and its still doing teh same thing...
