I would suggest pulling the separate switches apart and checking for corroded contacts, it’s quite easy.

Ran the superjet Saturday and Sunday both without a problem so it must be charging now.

Flywheel bolt is regular thread, I use a clutch holding tool for dirt bikes and a 17mm box end wrench because it can be tight. You’ll need a puller to get the flywheel off

If you’re able to jump the brown wire from your starter solenoid to 12v and it starts then something from your switch to the relay is not right.

Maybe check and make sure the grounds in your ebox are clean and tight, sounds like you’ve gone through the right steps to diagnosing your problem.
