Hmm, def something going on. I usually pull the plugs cause it's starting instantly. There's usually a drip of water on them so I have to clean them off. What could cause the water leak, maybe the worn head doesn't have a solid seal?

Damn.. I'll have to let them roll for a few more rides and see how it works out. Luckily I won't have the problem anymore once this new head comes in. I'm pretty sure I have a leak though, after a day of riding there's always a good bit of black oily residue side of the head next to the B pipe.

Do you still have your beach cart? I'm in the market myself for one. And zswitz, I have an fx1 with the widened tray and it is an amazing improvement. Absolutely love it!

I was told to change the plugs ever few rides. I've been replacing them every 3 or 4 times out on the ski. When do you replace your plugs?

Well every time I take the ski out the plugs get stuck in the dome. is there anything else I can do to stop the dome from spinning, or do I just need to buy a new head?

haha, he got a 10 spot, was a youngin. On another note, i'm having reduced power when I take off and then it clears up. It looks there could be small hairline leak form the head not sealing up properly? Could this cause the problem if maybe a bit of water was getting in? Also, as you can tell...

I did, I went to a mechanic not 2 minutes away from my house and he pulled it right out... Lesson learned. Impact drill did it in a second.

got it! I went to put the head back on and the o ring keeps falling off, what type of grease or solvent do I need to use for them?

Hmm, well I have been completely unsuccessful at getting that plug out. Looks like i'll have to buy a new dome for it. Is it okay to only replace one dome vs both? Also, how do i know which size dome i should get? After reading a few other articles it look like it's based on your geographical...

I was able to get the plug out. now when installing it back it still turns freely. I imagine it's not supposed to do this. is this a faulty dome or am I doing something wrong?
