Hey Guys
Im trying to get the pump off my SXR i have the nozzle off and the pump cone how do you get the back shaft (marked in red) out with out the tool???
The problem I'm having is I'm turning the hole engine over.
I Have mine stored about 6 months of the year and try to put a charge about 3 months in and it doesn't need it, stays fully charged and I'm on the batteries 5th year! Things a champ!
PS: CANADA SUCKS when you wanna ride all year!!

Does anyone have a good cooling diagram of dual cooling on a stock engine witha wet pipe?
Thanks
Ever since I put my wet pipe on my ski it's sqwerts out the pisser it never has a constant stream coming out but it doesn't over heat at all. Engine runs cool all the time

Alright guys i ended up taking the bearings out and then sanded them with a belt sander and measured them so they were the same then fitting it with it all together over and over again till it just barely squeezed in.
