Well now that it is going to be 90 next week and I finally got the garden finished. it's time to get this thing finished. One more good sanding one more layer of glass some more sanding. Then I will be ready to try and vacuum bag the tray with a few more layers of glass for strength and...

Is that a reverse diverter? And have you towed anyone on a tube or wakeboard yet?

If you are worried about weight go with aluminium it will be have the weight and cheaper. Already found out the hard way

You can add lizard skin vents to the hood on the bulk head side. Leave the foam in the pole. Look how I reinforced the bottom of mine on my build. Pulled the rivets out twice. There is a lot of force on the pole when you land on your side with it extended. Just my 2cents

And this is where I left off last night. Going to glass in the old exhaust hole and the the sides of the tray today before a round of wack f*ck. Then some foam, finish glassing it in, some padding and turf and I will be in the home stretch.

There are a few reasons that I went with a sheet of glass. One of the main reasons is learning how to vacuum bag, and learning how different types of fiberglass layup. Another is to save weight, vacuuming out extra resin seems like a good idea to me. And it's the best way to make crisp straight...

So now that the weather is warming up i will be trying ro get this thing finished up. Got the holds set in place and some what glassed in. Still waiting on my cabosil to show up so I can fill in the backside of them and lay glass over it. Got the sides cut down to wher I liked. Then cut out...

If I have to I will but if I dont have to would be better That would be awesome and save some work.
