    TNT triple yamaha pipe

Some things that jump out at me when I read bottom end/hp and 62T. When it comes to Blasters and Superjets, the OEM cylinder is 61X with a 81mm bore. There is a 62T cylinder with a 81mm bore too, however this was standard in couches. Then there is the 64X cylinder, found on 760's with an 84mm...

Xft hull with gp 1200 mechanics

Sleeves are from Blowsion, first bore 88mm, last bore 91mm. I've gone 89mm. Stock stroke is 68mm. That gives displacement of 846cc.

Xft hull with gp 1200 mechanics

My friend put a stock 65U in a supejet and he loved it. Just doesn't jump it, flat water round buoys only.

Xft hull with gp 1200 mechanics

Thats crazy tax. In Australia, under $1000, no tax.

Xft hull with gp 1200 mechanics

A 62T cylinder can be bored out to take big sleeves, like this one. Then you don't have the weight of a 65U, or the expense of a DASA. I bought the cylinder for $70, the sleeves were $139 each. Then the machining and port work, I must admit, not my work, got a buddy to do it. Also need my...

Xft hull with gp 1200 mechanics

The GP1200 engine will be good for racing, as Big Kahuna said, too heavy for freestyle. I just got a 64X cylinder bored to 89mm, running +1mm Seadoo 951 Pistons in it. Stock stroke is about 850cc. MSD, twin 46's, Nynja pipe. Not quite ready yet, so I can't tell you how it goes.

New Engine Rebuild Parts: Rebuilt Cranks, ProX and Wiseco pistons, Gaskets, Crank Seals, etc

I don't think you can PM if you have less than 5 posts. If you have less than 5 posts go to some build pages and say, wow, that's a sick build . Then PM jetmaniac as above. Jetmaniac is super fast, as soon as you paypal him the coin he ships it. Same day usually. Best kept secret in builds...

What to look for during motor break-in?

I run motors in at 40:1, same ratio I use after it's run in, but I run it a fairly rich so it gets plenty of fuel and oil. If your too heavy on the oil, you actually have less fuel (as oil is taking up the volume the fuel would) being metered in, hence you are running leaner. I pull the plugs...

    Super Jet 62t/61x Electrical/Electronics Question

The advance curves of the 61X CDI and 62T are different, as yurkanip said, 62T is better. The 61X and 62T have the sex of the white with red stripe wire changed. So to use a 62T CDI on a 61X stator, a male to male jumper has to be used.

    What is the difference in a 65R 760 and a 62T

If you search for differences between 64X (=65R) and 62T you would probably have come up with the answer your looking for. As BruceSki said, has 2 pulse lines for dual 44mm carbies. 62T runs dual 38's. Again as BruceSki pointed out different electrics. The 760 has the rear cylinder ignition...

    Problem with ski "porpoising"

I can get to full throttle now without porpoising. I still have OEM scoop grate and ride plate on a 2000 model. I have to put all my weight on my front foot and lean way over the bars, like I'm riding head first, my knee is right up against the handle pole. I took Yamanube's advice of...

    760 Raider Pipe on a 61X

Has anybody put the OEM (using the word Factory here is sure to create confusion) pipe from a 760 Raider on a 701 61X? I have heard that it could be a cheap B pipe alternative, obviously without the tuning capability.

Custom/Hybrid The more "affordable" trailer project pt.1

Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene. I'm in Australia so I can't help you out as to where you would get it. Any sort of durable plastic for putting on bunks will make launching and retrieving easier.

Custom/Hybrid The more "affordable" trailer project pt.1

Are you planning on using the ski in salt water? If so, you may want to reconsider carpet on the rails. It holds salt and sand. I think UHMWPE is the best. It's so slippery you don't need the winch. And the ski just slides off when launching. If you use your ski in fresh water then I guess...

    Yamaha785 - 61X Cylinder

I bought a 61X cylinder from an 08 Superjet from Dustin. The part was exactly as he described it. Very good condition and ready to bolt on. It's now doing service in my 2000 Superjet. Thanks Dustin

    Problem with ski "porpoising"

I'm learning to ride a 2000 Superjet. I have the same problem. My buddies on the beach said I need to get back and low, but lean over the bars until getting up to speed.

Will the blowsion bilge bracket work?

I looked into brackets but decided it's best just to glue it down.
