I just got a price to have some parts anodized at my work it is very cheap to have done not worth my time.

Investment casting for a manifold would probably be the best option. first off make the manifold on a 3d printer cast that as prototype then move onto a machined mold for the wax.

Not a business I would invest in with those numbers. IMO.

I was wanting to save as much room in the boat as possible. Mounting the pump outboard would do this. Not real worried about breaking the pump. The river I am on is slow and easy to travel. Still debating though on mount. I may be using a wave raider for parts. Sport fish post some pics...
