Investment casting for a manifold would probably be the best option. first off make the manifold on a 3d printer cast that as prototype then move onto a machined mold for the wax.
I was wanting to save as much room in the boat as possible. Mounting the pump outboard would do this. Not real worried about breaking the pump. The river I am on is slow and easy to travel. Still debating though on mount. I may be using a wave raider for parts. Sport fish post some pics...
Can't decide if I should mount my pump in board or out board meaning on the very rear of the 12' Jon. Easier mount on back less aluminum work. Thoughts?

I would rattle can my next ski and not spend the money on DuPont style automotive paint save the money for HP. It's more fun than paint imo
