Hey if it gets you through the rest of the season, rock it. It will break on you though. When, who knows. I got 3 rides out of mine before I barely tapped bottom and the ring split at the threads. If there is anyway that you can swing the $250 for the thrust trim, do it. That's a steal. I doubt...
Very happy with mine so far. Noticed an immediate improvement over the pfp. I still need to do some tuning with the water lines.

lol or electrocute a class of children. Apparently my regulated power supply didn't like sharing a common + output with the dc rectified variac line. I popped a capacitor when the voltage was brought over 24v. Oops. It has its own output now.

Looking for ideas to cool the aluminum anodizing tank. Looking for something simple and cost effective. Tank size is 15 gallon. I've seen people use portable ACs to blow cool air over the top of the tank. I'm not too fond of that idea. I don't see it being a very efficient heat transfer. I was...
Anodizer is finally put together. Took a lot longer to build than I expected. Still need to buy a set of female test leads to connect the output.
Not the cleanest install, but it works. I'll get around to wire management eventually, and buy some face plates for the switches.
Still need to...
CNC cut reduction nozzle mounting tab and trim mounting ring. Jetskipunk helping me out on these. Awesome work! Thanks!
Spherical trim ring. Work in progress.

I had a custom FSP Viking. Loved that gun. Fast, silky smooth, didn't chop a lot of paint, very reliable. I sold all my gear about 5 years ago. Haven't played in ages.

Update on this, been out a few times now and the switch mod is working perfectly. No drain with the lanyard out. Ski shuts down immediately if you pull the lanyard.

Titanium is highly corrosion resistant. I doubt there will be any issues with saltwater at all. Weight wise, each pinch bolt with 2 nuts and a washer weighs in at 2.8 ounces.
The main reason I had these made in Titanium was for aesthetics. You can do a lot of cool anodizing with titanium...
Titanium pinch bolts came in today.
Unfortunately I had to send them back. They were suppose to be full thread. Probably another week turn around to have them fixed. No big deal, still don't have my anodizer built. Hopefully I can get around to that this weekend.

Pipe - why? You have a decent pump that's already well tuned (I assume) and I don't think carbs would be that big of an upgrade.
